New Bible Study Series for 2010
Home > News & Events > New Bible Study Series for 2010“Esther, It’s Tough Being a Woman”, is the latest Bible study for women from the popular author and teacher, Beth Moore. Join Beth as she explores the life of this great woman of the Bible and reveals how applicable these truths are to our lives today. The classes meet Fridays at 9:30 a.m. beginning January 15th and Mondays at 7:00 p.m. beginning January 18th.
Our Men’s group will tackle “Dare to Be Uncommon” by Super Bowl-winning coach, Tony Dungy. Uncommon offers a message of living a life of genuine significance, a life characterized by attitudes, ambitions, and allegiances that are all too rare yet uncommonly rewarding. The men meet Wednesdays, 6 to 7:30 p.m. during Cross Training which begins January 6th.
“Enough, Discovering Joy through Simplicity and Generosity” by Adam Hamilton is the study for our Cross Training Adult class. Enough is an invitation to rediscover the Bible’s wisdom on prudent financial practices. Find the keys to experiencing contentment, overcoming fear, and discovering joy through simplicity and generosity. This class also meets during Cross Training on Wednesdays.
The Seekers Sunday School Class starts a new study in January: “Lord, Change My Attitude” by James McDonald. What does God thank about attitudes? Examples from the Israelites journey out of Egypt show attitudes can affect whether someone stays in the Wilderness or goes on to the Promised Land.
Coming in February are a Senior Adult Book Study and Parenting Seminar.
